NOVA / EQUIPMENT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

EQUIPMENT REFERENCE
HOW IT FITS THE OPERATION
Equipment for the work below the surface.
Drilling and completion bring together equipment with different functions across the well programme. Drilling products support the work of creating the well, while completion equipment forms part of the arrangement used to produce and monitor it. Their selection needs to remain connected with the purpose of each stage.
NOVA’s published offering includes drilling bits and accessories, cementing equipment, mud pumps, shakers, desanders and selected completion technologies. The opportunity may concern an individual replacement, a specific tool family or a coordinated equipment scope. Understanding that context helps bring the right references into the discussion.
APPLICATION CONTEXT
Drilling products
Tricone and PDC bits are among the product families in NOVA’s portfolio. The bit and associated accessories need to be considered against the intended operation and the equipment with which they will be used.
APPLICATION CONTEXT
Supporting equipment
Mud pumps, shakers, desanders and cementing equipment perform distinct roles within the programme. A coordinated enquiry separates the main equipment from associated items and existing interfaces.
APPLICATION CONTEXT
Completion in the well system
Gas lift valves, monitoring systems and related completion equipment are discussed in the context of the well arrangement. The required function and the established interfaces guide the technical review.

Useful information includes the application, fluid characteristics, operating pressure and temperature, required capacity, existing equipment, and project location. Share only information appropriate for an initial enquiry.
COMPLETION EQUIPMENT & SYSTEMS
Packers, tools and well monitoring.
Explore the equipment families from NOVA’s original completion offering. Current configurations, compatibility and documentation are reviewed against the well programme.
Packer configurations
The published completion range includes HP/HT semi-permanent gas-well packers with shift-to-release arrangements; dual-zone hydraulic-set packers with straight-pull release; and hydraulic-set isolation packers with shear release. Permanent packers are listed with hydraulic, wireline or work-string setting arrangements. Multi-feed-through hydraulic-set packers support intelligent-completion installations. Size, setting method, release arrangement and service conditions are confirmed for the proposed completion.
Completion tools & tubular accessories
Equipment references include sliding sleeves, profile nipples, indexing mule shoes, hydro-trip subs, locator seal assemblies, polished-bore receptacles, seal-bore extensions and snap-latch systems. High-pressure nipple requirements are reviewed against the completion specification. The wider accessory scope includes bridge plugs, cement retainers, flow couplings, pup joints, perforated joints and crossovers. Identify the completion arrangement, connections and existing tool references when defining the supply.
Control lines & associated hardware
Control-line equipment includes seamless or welded lines, hydraulic control-line units, cross-coupling clamps, fittings and accessories. Line dimensions, materials, routing and connections need to be coordinated with the completion and the equipment being controlled. Drawings and documented interface requirements help establish compatibility.
Intelligent completion & monitoring
The original offering includes gas-lift valves, rotating choking sleeves, fibre-optic monitoring and wireless pressure/temperature telemetry. Monitoring enquiries can cover tubing-conveyed completions and wireline-installed systems. Define the measurement objective, installation method, power and communication interfaces, and compatibility with the selected completion equipment.
WELL CONSTRUCTION & PRODUCTION
OCTG & drilling centralizers
Connect your tubular requirements with the accessories needed for the well programme.
Drilling centralizers
Centralizers for casing-running and cementing requirements, helping position the casing within the wellbore. Share the casing size, hole size, well profile and required centralizer configuration so the supply can be reviewed against your well programme.
OCTG — casing & tubing
Oil country tubular goods for well construction and production, including casing and tubing. Define the outside diameter, wall thickness or weight, grade, connection, length and quantity required. NOVA can review the supply scope against your specified application and documentation requirements.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
Drilling bits
Tricone and PDC drilling bits, drilling centralizers, and OCTG casing and tubing for well-construction and production requirements.
Prepare a focused drilling or completion enquiry
Describe the job and equipment requirement
Explain the stage of the operation, the intended function of the equipment and the conditions already established by your team. For drilling bits, include the available application information and any existing bit references. For other completion requirements, identify the component or equipment family rather than relying on a broad description alone. Drawings, datasheets and photographs can help clarify the request when several similar items are involved.
Clarify compatibility and documentation
A replacement or addition needs to fit the equipment and procedures already in place. Share connection details, dimensions and relevant part numbers, together with the documentation your project requires. Distinguish mandatory requirements from preferences so alternatives can be considered on a consistent basis. Final selection should be reviewed against the actual duty and project specifications, with the supply scope and any exclusions clearly identified in the agreed proposal.
