HOW IT FITS THE OPERATION
From downhole lift to surface control.
An ESP installation brings together a downhole pumping assembly and the surface equipment needed to power and control it. The pump adds energy to the produced fluid, while the motor, associated components and surface control arrangement form part of the same operating system.
This connected view matters when comparing a new installation with an upgrade or replacement. A published pump range introduces the available equipment, but the well conditions, production objective and existing infrastructure determine the configuration that needs to be reviewed. The specifications below remain reference information for that application discussion.
APPLICATION CONTEXT
Producing wells
ESP systems are considered where a well needs additional energy to bring fluids to surface. The production target and well conditions establish the starting point for reviewing the downhole assembly and its associated surface equipment.
APPLICATION CONTEXT
System upgrades
An upgrade may involve more than changing the pump. Motor requirements, surface controls, power-related equipment and the components remaining in service need to be considered together when defining the proposed scope.
APPLICATION CONTEXT
Component continuity
Identifiable equipment and part references support replacement planning. Connecting component enquiries with the installed system helps keep the spare-part discussion focused on the actual pump series, materials and interfaces.
Complete Turnkey ESP Solutions
Our ESP systems combine a high-efficiency multi-stage centrifugal down-hole pump, matched with a submersible electric motor, gas-separator and full surface control package. These systems are designed for wells where natural reservoir pressure is insufficient to lift fluids to surface, and where high flow-rates and deep installations demand proven performance.
With ISO-9001 certified manufacturing and a full system-engineering approach, our ESP offerings are more than components — they are complete engineered solutions for your well.

RESTORED SYSTEM & APPLICATION DETAILS
From well design through commissioning and support.
System engineering and integration
The original offering describes a coordinated ESP system rather than separate parts: downhole equipment, surface equipment and controls considered together. The supply discussion includes well-design concepts, equipment selection, assembly, installation, commissioning and production optimisation.
Manufacturing, assembly and service
The earlier page described overseas ESP manufacturing, assembly and service facilities, with surface equipment sourced and integrated into the package. Confirm the actual manufacturer, service arrangements, current quality certifications and project documentation for the proposed supply.
Conventional and linear ESPs
Conventional ESPs and linear ESPs are separate equipment options. The earlier linear-ESP description quoted 5–280 barrels per day for low-volume or marginal wells. This is a legacy LESP reference, not the rating of the conventional ESP range above; confirm the current model and well-specific suitability.
Field layout and ongoing support
The original support scope includes production-system layout, installation support, engineering and optimisation over the operating life of the well or field. Agree responsibility for each stage and the level of continuing technical support needed for the installation.
Related surface and HPS applications
The application list on the old mixed artificial-lift page also included surface pumping duties. Those applications are now grouped with the HPS equipment to keep downhole ESP selection distinct from surface process pumping.
